Mark your calendar for the day after Thanksgiving — get ready for Plaid Friday and celebrate the diversity and creativity of local and independent businesses in Winslow and across Bainbridge. At the Downtown Association, we urge and welcome you to shop locally over the holidays! The name ‘Plaid Friday’ was chosen from the idea of weaving individual threads of small businesses together to create a strong fabric that fosters and honors independent businesses. We can’t wait to see you all out and about in plaids of all types!
