The 3rd of July Street Dance is Bainbridge Island’s largest downtown event and will take place Monday July 3, 2023, on Winslow Way from 6-11pm. The Bainbridge Island Downtown Association (BIDA), with the help of The City of Bainbridge, will close the street. BIDA encourages residents and visitors to “Celebrate Bainbridge”, with the Street Dance kicking off the week-long celebratory events.

The Street Dance is unique as it is run by a volunteer Board of Directors and supported by the business community, City of Bainbridge, and residents. We will have a wide selection of bands, a DJ, food and beverage stations, and activities for adults and children alike. One of our goals is to keep all of our events free to the public. To that end, BIDA seeks financial support from interested individuals, businesses, and foundations. Money raised covers many of the event expenses.
