BIMA is honored to partner with Seattle’s Earshot Jazz once again, and to participate in the most prestigious jazz music festival in the Pacific Northwest. Earshot Jazz works year-round to cultivate a vibrant jazz community—taking risks, honoring artistic integrity and innovation, and connecting jazz artists to audiences through the Earshot Jazz Festival.

BIMA Annual Within Earshot Jazz Festival isn’t just a concert series it’s a living conversation. It is a reminder that jazz and visual art speak the same language.

For the month of October the Frank Buxton Auditorium turns into one big studio where sound, story, and color feed off each other. Each artist represents and honors jazz in their own unique way: some lean modern and poetic, others revive speakeasy swing, dig into Brazilian folk roots, or spotlight fresh Northwest voices.
